SBI Clerical Exam 2015: Clear Paper Pattern, Objective ,tips and tricks
India country largest bank, State Bank of India (SBI ) wills conducts its competitive exam from January/february 2015 (Tentative) for recruitment to 6425 vacancies of Clerical Cadre in its associate banks. Interested Candidates can apply for SBI recruitment Clerk 2015 from November 20, 2014 till December 9, 2014.SBI Associate Banks Clerical Cadre 2015 Exam in OFFLINE&ONLINE mode . Intersted Candidates who have applied for the posts can download their admit cards and prepare following the below mentioned paper structure.
Phase I: Written Examination: 200marks
The test will be online objective type :-
Part A (Objective Paper) will consist of questions from the following sections:
1. General Awareness: 40 marks
2. General English: 40 marks
3. QuantitativeAptitude: 40 marks
4. ReasoningAbility: 40 marks
5.MarketingAptitude /Computer Knowledge:40 marks
The questions in objective tests, all the questions in the tests will be in Hindi and English. Each test will be of 40 marks. These objective type tests of total 200 marks candidates will be given a composite time of 2Hours 15minutes. Each question will consist of one mark.
The objective test will be online. There will be negative marks (1/4th mark will be deducted for each wrong answer ) in the Objective tests.
Candidates will have to pass in each parts and sub-parts by securing a minimum cut -off to be decided by the Bank.
The passing marks in each of the objective tests will be decided by the Bank on the basis of the performance of all the competing candidates taken together in each test to a minimum required level.
Candidates are also required to score a minimum percentage will be For SC/ST/OBC/PWD/XS candidates, 5% relaxation available thereon) for being considered for interview. Minimum percentage marks on mixture will be determined by the bank.

Phase-II Interview
The aggregate marks of candidates qualifying in the objective tests will be arranged in descending order in each category. Eligible number of candidates in each category, will be called for Interview maximum 3 candidates for each vacancy. The qualifying marks in objective check are going to be as determined by the Bank for interview .
5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/XS category will be available thereon. The knowledge of local languages are going to be tested within the interveiw. The 10% weightage would be given out of total marks (35) for interview for possessing working knowledge of local language. The Final selection will be made on the basis of candidate's best performance in the test and interview taken together.
Candidates qualify for Interview under 'OBC' category are required to submit OBC certificate .
The candidates in the Written Test (out of 200 marks) and marks secured in Interview (out of 35 marks). The final merit list is prepared after aggregating converted marks of written test and interview out of 100 for each category.
PROBATION PERIOD : The Selected candidates will be governed by the terms and conditions of the Service Regulations of the Bank in force at the time of joining. The recently & newly appointed candidate will be on probation for a Mini period of 6 months. The probation period comes to an end, the performance of the recently recruited employees will be evaluated and the probation period of those employees whose performance fails to meet Bank's expectation,may be extended.
PRE EXAM TRAINING :- The Associate Banks may arrange pre-examination training at certain centres for SC/ST/XS/Religious Minority Community candidates in consonance with the guidelines issued by Government of India.
